Hi,
I am an Indian Citizen. I am in my 5th year of H1B with valid stamped visa. I just got email from USCIS regarding i-140 denial under EB3. I do not know the denial reason yet.
I would like to know what are my options? Could someone suggest me good Attorney?
In addition, I am planning to take a Europe trip in May for which I have already paid for, will the i-140 denial create an issue when coming back in USA after the trip. Please advise.
