No decision of I-140, please advise

Hi everyone,

I filed my I-140 under NIW category and the received date is Aug. 25, 2010. According the USCIS, texas center has already processed the applications with received date of Aug. 30th, but I still didn't receive any decision.

I called the USCIS and was given a reference number and asked to call back in 30 days if I don't receive anything.
What else should I do? I was wondering if my application got lost or misplaced?

Any advice, suggestions?

Hi,

Call back USCIS and let them know that you have not received any communication and the case has been pending. They would have provided you a tracking number, use that to get information and have all your personal info ready.
