Reg employer change after I140

Hello,

Could anyone please clarify my questions.

I got my I140 approved on Dec-10 and my priority date is May-10. Now I got a new job and planning to change my current employer and the new employer agreed to start the labor immediately.
My question is if the new employer started the labor and before getting this approved if the priority date of previous I140 gets current, would I use the previous I140 once the labor got approved.
