140 Approved...thinking of Job Switch
My Green Card [EB2 category] has PD - Dec 2008. . I140 was aproved in 2009. I am in 8th year of H1 Extension which expires in Dec 2012.
I am thinking of switiching the Job. Is it possible, If yes, what should check for with me new employer? Can the PD with current employer be used with new employer? Should i request for same job title as on GC application? Can AC21 be of any help to me?
Apologies for asking so many question... But i am frustrated with current job and want to switch job with min or zero risk to GC and H1 status .
