I have approved I-140(EB2) from company A (They have made sure that they will not revoke my I-140). I am currently working for company B. They are applying EB2 PERM for me now. I will reach 6th year of my H1B in two month. My questions are:
1. Can I use the approved I-140 from company A to renew my H1B in company B?
2. I am afraid that company A won't survive until I can get my green card. So I still want company B keep applying EB2 for me. Is it possible to have two approved I-140 from the same catergory EB2?
3. If I can have two approved I-140, can I use the earlier PD to submit my I-485 later?
