Iam a permanent employee in company A. In 2008 I have applied for lobor through some consultancy B using different technology
(though I never worked in that technology for ex: I applied lobor using Java, but I was working in Testing). That time it went
to audit and got approved after 2 years(2010). But in 2011 I again applied for labor through the company A where I was a
permanent employee and labor got approved with in 10 days. so I applied for I140 but I got RFE after 5 months.
Applying lobor twice using different technologies each time is the reason for my I140 RFE?
