can I use my old employers's EB3 priority date for my new employers EB2 filing?

Hi All,
I applied for EB3 thru company X during 2007 and and it was approved. 2009 I moved to another company and reapplied EB3 through the new comp and I140 is also approved thru new comp.

Now I want to change it to EB2 but use my old company's priorityd date from 2007. Can I use that Company x's 2007 priority date and Labor document to process my new company's EB2 LAbor? Please help.
