wage maintanance at 140

Hi,

My labour got approved 2 months back, wages on the labour is 105K $. Currently I am drawing 80K $. Is it manadatory to maintian 105K at the time of I-140 application?. My employer is ready to pay 105K $ after my GC is approved not now.

Any suggestion is very help full.
