can the experts tell me if the following is possible or not in today's times.(oct 2011)
Upgrade an EB3 application to EB2 and port priority date from EB3 based on approved I 140?
can the GC application be applied for future employment without H1B transfer?(start the PERM and file for I 140-join the employer after I 140 is approved.)
I am one of those several thousand people who are victims of crazy company policies which apply for GC in EB3 only(despite having advanced degrees)
any insight is greatly appreciated.
