Hi everybody !
So, here is my case:
I have the first two steps approved and I'm currently in AOS. I have the EAD done and I'm waiting for my Advance Parole (there were some issues with my photos I have submitted).
At this moment I'm not employed with any US employer and I am not in the USA. But I have a strong chance of getting employed by a US employer, using my EAD and, this way, being able to complete the process.
Now, this new company who wants me on board, has invited me to visit them in USA. Since I was not in H1 status anymore, I applied for a business visa (B visa) which I got for 10 years. I've just returned from USA, after a two weeks trip to their headquarters.
My question is this one:
Getting a B visa and using it to enter USA while in AOS does have any impact on the AOS process or not?
I need to know if this is true (someone told me that my AOS would be abandoned this way) since I plan now to go back to USA to get my fingerprinting done, and discuss further with my future US employer.
