Hi All,
I applied for i-140 and got a RFE regarding my education evaluation. I have done my Engineering from Mumbai University. According to Mumbai university law I am eligible to get the degree certificate as long as my final year subjects are cleared. So I got my certificate in 2003 where as I had one more course to clear from 3rd year which I cleared in 2004.
So my degree certificate has 2003 where as my marksheet from 3rd year has 2004. Now this is causing a problem and they came back saying that it doesn’t addup.
They are asking me to produce a letter from Mumbai University explaining in detail about the situation. Has anyone faced similar situation and what can be done to get through the glitch.
Please let me know. I really appreciate your response.
