I am working for outsourcing company in US, I am in H1 B visa. My company has applied for GC under EB3 category. Perm and I-140 are already approved and I am waiting for priority date for 485.
Now, I am planning to get married to an US citizen. Can you help me understand the process on whether I should apply for GC seperately or can I continue with my approved 140. Also, what is the approx time frame for getting GC under this category.
