Hi,
I am filed under Mkt Mgr job code. i work in IL, have 12 yrs exp and BTech. pay much above PW. my employer has agreed to move form EB3 to EB2... before it goes to my attorney, i wanted to be prepared with the informaiton.
do you think i cn be filed under same job code for another EB2 application? do you mkt mgr qualifies to be an EB2 job code?
or do you think they will need to find a new job code which is applicable under EB2 and then recruit me under that and file me under EB2 after that?
please help.
