    I 140 cleared, Min duration in India, When priority date is current

    Hi, My I 140 cleared. My priority date is Mar 2011 in EB2. Accordingly to visa bulletien, Currently it is Jan 2010. Can you please let me know the min duration I can be in India? and delay filing I 485, as it becomes current.
