Hello All,
I have a B. Com (3 years) + M. Com (2 years) + M.B.A. (HR - 2 years) - all from the same institution in India.
In addition, I have 10 years of experience (4 in HR and 6 in IT). Am I eligible for EB2?
The job 'requires' the candidate to possess a Bachelors Degree (4 yrs) but 'prefers' a Graduate Degree (2 yrs).
The reason I ask is: I've got an RFE asking for Education Evaluation and my employer has responded. I am awaiting 'decision' by USCIS.
