Hello All,
Can anyone please let me know how long a Labor certification is valid to file I-140 and can't we use LC after its validity? I got my labor in EB3.
Please help me here as my Labor certification is expiring by Jan 31 as per my Attorney and we need to rush I-140 now. And also my company got aquired by a big MNC and I am still thinking of all pros and cons that may occur in future and i feel like take some time to file I-140.
