I-140 / EB1 Premium Processing

Doing L1A to EB1 / Greencard...

USCIS website (updated Sept 2011) says premium processing (15 days) will be available for I-140 and EB1 category "early calendar year" 2012. Anyone know if that's now available? Helpline is impossible to get through to someone to ask.

Also, any general current guidance of processing times for general I-140 processing? Attorneys say up to 8 months, USCIS indicate 4 months, online forums 2 months....

And finally, State Dept visa bulletin indicates that EB1 priority dates (excluding India/China/Philipines) are all current? Does this mean that with a quick turnaround on I-140 I can proceed direct to Adjustment of Status?

Hi Colin,

Do you have any update on the premium processing for I140 under EB1 category, i'm also under the same situation and planning to file my papers by mid of may.
