Hello Folks,
I had filed my I140 under EB1 OR and have been informed by my lawyer that an RFE is received. The lawyer mentioned that USCIS is not challenging the claim of an outstanding researcher. They however want a description of my job duties.
I work in a technology company and my original offer letter did not mention any job duties. My job title is that of a software engineer. The fact that in my company there isnt a tittle of research engineer does not seem to help either.
What is the best way to handle such an RFE?
