    Approved I-140

    Hello Seniors,

    My I-140 is approved in EB3 category. I am on L1B visa and my company is currently applying for extension which will expire in Sep 2012. My PD is Jan 2011.

    Do I have to be in US when my PD is current to file for I-485 or can I also file from India if for any reason I have to move to India in future. Please advise.
