The reason why I am asking this question is because,my previous employer wanted to do my GC provided I take a pay cut.
The salary after the pay cut was not financially viable for the survival of my family in US.
They were mad at me when I submitted my resignation letter and some how wanted to retain me as I was with them for almost 4+ years.
Now ,I have filed GC from my new employer.
I don't think they will give me the experience letter that I need to submit during I-140 stage.
I have 2 colleagues who are willing to provide me the affidavit.
My questions are:
So,as the company still exists will the affidavit work or they need an Experience Letter at the I-140 Stage.
And what if the USCIS contacts the employer at the I-140 Process Stage and the employer screws me.
My I-140 will be in jeopardy.
Pl advice.
