EB2 with 10+2+3**.5 Education

Hello Everyone,

I have 10 + 2 + 3 (B.Com) + 1.5 (PGDCA Part Time / Evening of 3 semester) education

10 Years experience with first company in India

2.5 Years experience with current company in US with H1B

Here my employer is working for Green Card but i want to know with above condition did my case will go through EB2 or i will have to go with EB3?

Most probably it looks to be EB3 case. Its extremely rare that anyone has ever got EB2 with 3 Years Bachelor's from India and without a US Masters. No matter how many years experience one has. but you will have to check from your lawyer.
