Hello my husband is Mexican. He entered the United States about 10 years ago, illegally. We met about 4 years ago, have a 20 month old son and married in Mexico in 10/06/2012. I know that because he entered illegally he doesn't qualify to enter on a family visa. I have a few questions: would it be beneficial for me to have a lawyer handle this for me? What is the likelihood of being successful? Does anyone have a recommended attorneys in the Philadelphia area?
