Hi,
I have petitioned for an IV for my mother under IR5 and paid the AOS fee ($88) and IV fee ($230). I was asked to submit DS-230 and supporting civil documents. I am confused on which documents should be submitted to NVC in US and which documents should be submitted to the US Consulate in Mumbai and in what order. Also what other fees are still to be paid?
