Hello everyone,
First of all the visa is an IR2 immigrant petition for my two minor kids.
Father: US citizen. Mother: Permanent Resident
1. Interviewed on February 4, 2013
2. Embassy Counsel inquired us "your visas have been approved"
3. Counsel then told us "no further documents required, but your kids medical must be reviewed/re-assist because they were found positive with TB". We were given a WHITE 221g slip checked with "wait until you hear from us"
4. My Kids' medical was cleared by St. Luke's clinic with no further findings of TB for the last 4 months. We went through the whole six month medical process to obtain a negative TB test.
5. Our passport was taken by the embassy on day of interview and our shipping address was taken also.
So with all those info, can anyone please tell us what we are dealing with and how long can we expect result? Please help! We have been so stressed out by this process.
