They want photographic and documentary proof that the petitioner is in United State.

Please suggest what kind of photo and document I should provide.

I can take picture outside of Post Office where it says United State Postel Service, but not sure about document.

Its for my son, F2B - son and daughter of Permanent Residents.

Interesting, I would expect that they would need a copy of your green card, perhaps with evidence that you are really living in the U.S., such as a residential lease agreement and/or utility bills...

But yes, a picture in front of a USPS office may help. I don't get it why they want that, it is easy to photoshop...
