F4 - Sister to Sister

My sister applied a petition for me. Our Priority Date is September 1991. We received a letter/notice last Oct 2010 that our application would be in process and we need to comply/submit the requirements (documents) and pay the fees. We did all that sometime in December 2010. We submitted the required documents and paid the fees. By the way, we are 4 in the family. That time (Oct. 2010), my 2 children were 19 and 20 years old. They were included in the application and we also paid for their fees. Unfortunately, the processing stopped/retrogress. My 2 children are now 22 and 21 years old. Would they still be included in our petition by the time our priority date would become current?
