Is UK Police Certificate Required Since I Left The UK Over 12 Years Ago

Hellos,
I won the DV and preparing for the immigrant interview, I would however want to know if I require a UK police certificate for the period I lived in the UK over 12 years ago. I already have the police certificate of the country that I'm resident in.
I would appreciate candid practical responses.

Hi,

If you were 18 years of age or older when you lived in the UK and stayed for a period of I guess one year (may be 6 months or more...) or more then you will need to provide a Police Clearance Certificate from the British Police, that what I did for myself and my wife (as I lived 13 months in the UK after I turned my 18 of age), by the way it is easy to get.
