I140 and 485 concurrent filing

I filed I 140 and 485 very recently. Now I want to go India since I have to perform my father's 1st year's ceremony.

Since I filed I485 very recently I have not yet received notice from Immigration dept of US.

At this point can I go to India and come back without problem without notice.

I need to send my family to India necessarily can I send them without I485 notice.

or assuming I get I485 notice can I come back to without any problem from Immigration.
