Hello All,
Need an advise regarding the Embassy/Consulate for Consular Process. I'm having Indian Passport and currently working in Saudi Arabia from last 4 years. I applied for GC in June'01 just before leaving from US to Saudi and the employer agreed to process the GC though I’m not in U.S.A.
Since I'm currently not in US, I opted for Consular Process during the I-140 process and my plan is to appear in Chennai Consulate for Interview but the NVC informed the Attorney about my file been transferred to Saudi Consulate and they would contact me with the date.
I'm now in big “Dilemma” whether to proceed with Consulate in Riyadh or request the Attorney to change the Consulate to Chennai.
Is there any one has any experience with Saudi Consulate in Riyadh!
