Hi,

Presently I am in Canada as my labour and I-140 approved with July, 2007 priority date. I have still 2 years H1b period as I did not complete 6 years.

My questions are:

(1) My employer is not responding my questions as I am in Canada. Can I process my consular processing with different employer with old employer non revoked I-140 and new employer labour. I heard that some employers transfer approved labours to other candidates. Can I get such already approved labours? Presently I am on PR in Canada since one year with my family.

You can't transfer your green card processing to another employer at this stage.

You will have to start all over again.
