Separate Petition For Child above 21 years age

Hello! My petition has been aproved by NVC in Mid 2010 and i had filled DS-230 form in 2011. At that time my age was below 21 but now i am over 21. So is it necessary to filled separate petition for me. If it is necessary.What is the procedure for that? plz help me!!!
