    I-864 or i-864a?

    what should our sponsor (my paternal aunt and her spouse us citizen) use if they are not the petitioner ( grandmother is the petitioner in maternal side)? I-864 OR I-864A? Can it be used for 2 derivative beneficiary? I believe their income is more than enough to be used as AOS.

    Please advise.

      Petitioner as your grandmother file I864 his sister file 864 as joint sponsor and her husband file i 864A. If your grand mother has low income this is the only way.
