L1 to H1 movement

Hi, I am currently in USA on L1B Extension expiring on September 29th of this year(I94 and visa expiring on 29th sep) with company A
I have got my new H1B(through COS) valid from Oct 1 with Company B.

How to avoid the out of status for 2 days between Sep 29th to Oct 1 and what are the options for me without going out of USA and moving under new employer

If B's petition is approved with change of status then USCIS has ignored the 1 day gap and you are fine. You must leave A on Sep 29 and join B on Oct 1.

Thanks Kabkaba, Can we assume that USCIS has ignored or do we need to check some where for this 1 day out of status issue? I am worried because I dont want this coming back haunting me in the future
