Please Help, VISA M1 housing and Green Card
I am actually a student at a flight school in Florida; I usually lived in the house that the school provided but due to the incredible expensive monthly payment I moved with my girlfriend (she is American) in an apartment and her and myself are in a leasing contract.
I received a call from the manager of the school regarding my status, He told me that if I do not go back to the school house I can have my visa removed.
That sounds completely incorrect to me, I am a student in the school and I didn't sign any kinda of contract with them about apartment. Also there are others students that don't live in the school houses.
I'd like to have a clarification about my rights, and I can not speak with any employer of the school because they said that they are "not authorized " to provide me this information.
Can you guys tell me what are the steps for get the green card? We are actually married.
