Hey Forum, after waiting exactly 2 years since my formal wedding here in Jordan we have finally been granted our interview for my husband's immigration visa to the US. As thrilled as we are, we're a bit concerned first and foremost with the timing; the US and coalition is poised to strike our neighbor Syria starting tomorrow and my husband's family lives 2 miles from the Syrian border facing Daraa. We worry they might be rushing us through, and if that's true we worry for the safety of our family. Secondly, the person who called us from the embassy this morning to inform us of this told us we only needed to bring our passports to the interview. We were under the impression we needed to bring several things including his medical exam results, the affidavit of support forms, and etc. Is this unusual?
