Hello people. I was wondering if I could get some help. I filled a 1-130 on behalf of my wife in May 2013. Received the letter from USCIS couple weeks later.

It has almost been 5 month and I haven't heard a single thing. I been doing research and talking to people about how long this whole process takes. I having trouble getting a clear answer. I been told as short as 6 months and as long as 18 months.

Does anyone on here have an educated guess on how much long this will take until my wife can join me in the states?

11 month to 1 year. Now case has moved to NVC. If all paperworks are ready and you submit quickly, you save time. If you rush a lot, you make mistake. So it will delays your case.

Hello I was wondering if you heard from immigration yet. I am trying to get a time frame from someone actually going thru the process since I am also going thru the process. I am only three months in though.
