Want to be American citizen

Hi everybody,I m Aleksandar 27 year old living in Serbia.

I want to to know how I can become legally citizen of USA,I want to migrate legally,fined job and start living new life,can anybody help me in that?what first step should be,where should I go because in period from 2012 to Now I send more than 500 CV on many ad,I got account on Monster,Workpolis,Indeed etc,but they probably don t want to make me appointment because logically I m not citizen of USA.Can anybody please tell me what should I do?
