What AOS form to submit with DS-230

I am about to submit DS-230 form for myself & my family members with all the civil documents to complete the family based immigration. I have already paid the AOS & IV fees and have printed the bar coded cover sheet. My petitioner has already submitted all of her required documents to NVC. Now I've been told to submit an AOS form for myself along with DS-230. Which AOS form & what kind of supporting documents do I need to submit, if any? Thanks in advance!

What AOS form to submit with DS-230

Hi I submitted my DS-230 application and Civil Documents to Vermont NVC - they then asked me to fill out the online version of the DS-230 (DS-260) we did so immediately. Despite this we are continually being sent emails requesting this form.

So just be aware!
