I 130 process
Hi All, found this site by accident, thank God!
My family is looking to immigrate to the USA from Australia.
I work for an American company here in Australia and they have suggested I may have some serious job opportunities in the USA BUT I have to get there myself and they wont sponsor me! I am fine with this as the opportunities are great and I truly love the idea and wife does too.
My wife of 13 years has dual citizenship Australian & USA.
Her father was an American citizen and was born and lived in the USA for many years, until meeting his future wife and moving to Australia. her father fought in Vietnam for the USA military. Died after living and working in Australia for many years.
My wife has never lived in the USA.
We have 2 children both under 10 years old.
She has just lodged 3 I130 petitions for myself and our 2 children.
There are so many contradictory reports on what we need to do from now on due to our situation.
what is the next step and which Visa are we applying for?
