sponsor help for marriage visa

Does anyone know of an agency or personal advocates that help to co sponsor the support documents?
I didn't work last year because I was carrying for family members
My tax file for last year is not sufficient
My family refuses to help out of bigotry
We have been married for 4 years now, meaning his citizen ship will be approved quickly, meaning the risk is low.
This has been very hard on us.
