F2B visa to H4 or F3 visa?

I am on H1B visa and getting married in Jan 2014. My fiancee's mother have applied for her F2B visa and her I-130 petition got approved recently (Sep 2013).
Her mother is permanent resident and not US citizen yet.

My H1B visa got extended last month and have all necessary paper work (I 797 and other documents). I am going to India in Jan 2014 for marriage.
I have taken group interview date for my H1B stamping and wife's H4 visa stamping with me. I have entered her F2B application details in her H4 visa application (DS 160)

My question is will her F2B application affect her getting H4 visa (which is dependent visa). Should her parents cancel her F2B application before this interview date.
Does F2B gets transferred to F3 class after marriage.

Why you want your fiance to be on h3 or some work visa as spouse. I am not sure about what h3 visa is if you can explain. If she come on f2b, she will get greencard. H3 or h1 has no future. Ypu should ommit her name from your application so that she can get f2b. If they find out she is married, you wont get f2b.
