Documents needed to file Immigrant visa

I am a US citizen living in India. I am planning to file an immigrant visa for my sister. As of now I have collected the following documents:
1. Filled I-130 form
2. Have copies of birth certificates of both (my sister and mine)
3. Copy of naturalization certificate.

Have I left out any documents.
Should I have to file the Affidavit of Support I - 864 form now itself. Planning to file joint sponsership as I am not working. Should I have to furnish a copy of my marriage certificate.
Should I have to notorize all the documents
How much is the filing fee for the immigrant visa. Whom should the cheque be addressed to. Should it be a Demand Draft or just cheque be enough.

Any help on this query is greatly appreciated.

The Affidavit of Support won't be needed until a visa slot is available for your sister, in about 7 years. You need to include proof of any name changes you have since your birth (marriage cert copy). Notarization is not a requirement for any immigration-related documents submitted with the petition. A check drawn on a U.S. bank or $420 is required.
