dowry touchier police case(498 A)

My consular processing interview has been fixed by Bombay consulate. I have this very specific question.

My wife filled a dowry touchier police case(498 A). Still court decision is pending. My police clearance certificate is not showing the case details. Shall I disclose the case details to consulate or not?? If I disclose, how much the 498A case will affect me at my interview??

IT wouldn't be very smart to voluntarily disclose something that is not a criminal matter of record.

Can I get a valid PCC for Canadian PR with a false 498A Case? I am currently working in work permit
