HI Everyone,
Just quick question,yesterday we recieve AOS Fee notice for two brothers(one is married now and other is unmarried)
My mother applied in 2009 and she died last year,
after reading through different forums,i came to know that we can apply for substitute-sponsor(which is not problem).
questions:
should we pay fee to nvc
or
we need to write to uscis first to reinitiate our application
what about the brother who is now married(i think he moved to another category)?
