Hello,
I am applying for my wife using I-130 Application for Alien Relative. I have income in 2011 is $11021, in 2012 is $20008 and in 2013 is $24949. As year 2013, minimum amount to apply for I-130 is $19387. I have to submit three years of tax file during the application. Since my 2011 income is lower that minimum amount, but 2012 and 2013 incomes are higher, would that be as issue?
Note: I have not submit the 2013 tax file to IRS yet, can I just show my income for 2013 is $24949, or should I increase the amount using some cash income? (although I have to pay some money to IRS to add some cash income). Please advice? Thank you!
