I am petitioning my mother. my questions are regarding the Form I864, I am married with 3 kids and file the federal income tax jointly with my husband. I was unemployed year 2010 and 2011 ( 0 income) and started to worked part time last Oct. 2012, I am currently unemployed and resigned from my job last aug 2013 due to maternity. please note that I have a co-sponsor (friend) my husband's income did not met the income requirement.
