I received a letter from NVC informing me that i have a visa number available. I returned a form to the NVC that says i still want to continue my visa application/petiton.
The thing is when my mom filed the petition i was single and a filipino citizen. And now im married with 3 kids and a british citizen. Will it affect my petition!

Your current married status will disqualify you for the visa slot that is now available to you. If you use your visa as "unmarried child of a petitioner," while married, it is visa fraud and could eventually lead to deportation.

Your mother needs to provide the NVC with a copy of your marriage cert to change the status of her petition. If your mother is a Green Card resident, your marriage status invalidates her petition. If your mother is a U.S. citizen, the new petition status will add some time to your waiting period for a visa slot.

How long will it take if she'll make the application as an american citizen?

It depends on your country, as quota waits are by country, though not much different if China, India, Mexico or Philippines.

Anyway, by changing your petition status when reporting your marriage and her U.S. citizenship status, several years of additional waiting can be expected.

Waiting time will be faster, by 10 years, but the reachable Priority Date for UK F3 petitions is now at June 2003.

My mom just got her american citizenship. Is there any chance she can appeal and change my status on my petition? Is there any chance i can go with my family? I have a visa number available already. What's the best thing my mom can do for them to consider my situation?

When USCIS changes a petition and visa class status as the result of beneficiary marrying, that is not something that is appealable, because the State Department or USCIS (whoever has control) is bound by regulations to make the change.

Also, if other members of your family are now eligible for visa slots, of which you are a derivative family member, your marriage and/or age disqualifies you from benefiting from the derivative visa eliibility.
