DS-230 list below all education institutes

Hi,
I have enrolled to a university and continued till 10 months but unfortunately I dropped out.
Do I need to mention this university's name in DS230, where it asked "list below all the education institutes name where I attended" ?

Please any advice or previous experience ??

The DS-230 is no longer being used for visa processing in most countries. The DS-260, online, is now the standard visa application.
