waiting for my wife

my wife and I submitted application I-130 last may 3rd 2013, she has never been to America and was denied a tourist visa 3 times, we waited almost 10 months but got approved Friday february21st, she resides in Madrid, spain, now that the visa center will get it how much longer can we expect to wait for her to get interview?????????????????????//

If you pay the two NVC fees and submit sponsorship and civil documents to the NVC correctly, she can get an appointment in about 6 weeks, for an interview about 6 weeks after that.
