Help with i-864 form
I an American and my husband is Chinese.
I am currenlt filling out the i-864 form but I do not work. My visa doesnt allow me to work in China so I have no income.
My husband works and has money in the bank.
Can I use his salary and his assests for "prove financial stability?"
If I can not document this salary and assets do I have to get my mother to fill an i-864? would she have to fill out a i-864a?
